A Book by Jeff Finley
I woke up early for a year and put together everything I learned about happiness, habits, and personal growth. This is it.
I wrote Wake Up from my own personal experience with depression and awakening. I started waking up early to carve out time just for me. I thought if I could just get up early, I would fill it with good stuff.
Waking up early was the most life-changing habit I ever did. You see, it cleared the space for many other habits like meditation, journaling, exercise, and curiosity-based learning. Find out the one crazy habit that finally got me out of bed every day!

“Motivated me to start a new habit: treating myself right.
There were times when I felt like Jeff Finley’s Wake Up was written specifically for me. The story echoed a lot of what I had been going through, my disillusions with procrastination, and my inabilities to keep a habit longer than 30 days. ”
