"Wake Up" is now available
After 9 months in the making, I have finished and published my second book entitled "Wake Up: The Morning Routine That Will Change Your Life." The book itself is 202 pages but is an easy, quick-read. It's a story of how I built the wake-up-early habit that I consider one of the most life-changing things I've ever done. I want to help you wake up early every day and gain clarity on your purpose.
It all started here actually. With this blog. I started writing about my depression in 2013 and I started waking up early to focus on consistently doing habits like meditation, journaling, and reading.
Then a year later I wrote a post about how my life had changed after one year of waking up early. This post unexpectedly went viral and became my most popular post by far. I had been wondering what to write my second book about and this was a big flashing sign saying GO! So I let this be the kick in the ass that I needed to start writing again.
And here we are, the book is finally out along with a ton of extras that I've bundled into different upgrade packages. I am really proud of the book, it meets my standard of quality and is something I think will help a lot of people begin their journey of awakening. It's a true story and all of it is coming from my own experience.
