Coaching Session Policies & Terms of Service

Disclaimer

By purchasing a coaching session, you agree any information is subject to your own interpretation and should not be considered official legal, financial, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. By purchasing a session, you agree that choices and/or actions based on the content of your session are your responsibility and will not hold Jeff Finley liable.

No-Shows, Cancellations & Refunds

When you schedule a session, you understand that you are choosing the time that works best for you. While it can be very inconvenient for both me and other clients, cancellations happen. If you need to cancel, you must notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time in order to be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request must be in writing via email to jeff@jefffinley.org or through my contact form. If you don’t show up for your session and I haven’t heard from you about your intent to cancel, I will wait no more than 15 minutes for you to arrive. Arrival to the session after 15 minutes is considered a no-show and under no circumstances will refunds be given to no-show appointments.

Subscription Cancellation

You can manage your subscriptions using the link provided in each email. This page allows you to cancel your subscription which will stop the subscription and not charge you again. From here, you can also view all of your past payments, and update the credit card on file. Refunds are not given for unused sessions.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you will need to first cancel your initial booking and purchase a new session at a different time. Refunds are given only if the cancellation is received in writing (see above) at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.

Email and/or Phone Communication

Make sure you input your email/phone info correctly when scheduling your session. I am not responsible for missed communications if the information submitted to me is incorrect or misspelled.

Session Confidentiality

Both parties agree that all content discussed within a session remains private and confidential. There shall be no public disclosure whether oral or written, no public blog posts, videos, social media posts, etc that discuss the content of the session.

Updates to Terms of Service

I (Jeff Finley) may update these terms of service at any time. It’s important to check the page periodically to ensure you are familiar with any changes.
